Trading terms
1. Orders
Orders have to be sent by written form, by fax or by e-mail. Every customer who has made an order will obtain a customer number. This customer number is always listed in your invoice.
An order should include:
- Name of company, name, address, telephone number (fax, e-mail)
- Customer number (if it was obtained)
- Date of issuance
- VAT number (only company), in case of not to be mentioned in EU countries, we will charge VAT extra
- Order name of goods, eventually allotted number of our item
- Number of pieces
Order confirmation
Order confirmation is made next day at the latest. If we don't know some delivery dates of goods on order, we will confirm known items at first and then the rest as soon as possible.
We always require payment in advance for the goods on order, this goods will be sent after receipt of payment.

According to Incoterms 2010 EXW Zahradni 276, Ceske Mezirici, ECOM s.r.o.
2. Technical support
Technical support is given to our customers for products which we are sales representative. A request for technical support must be written.
3. General complaints conditions and warrants
If you receive different quantity or type of goods than you ordered, you have to ask for delivery the right ones by seven days otherwise the delivery is considered as in order. Customer can't ask for exchange of goods or missing goods on the expiry of a period.
Defects of components which were soldered or damaged other way are impossible to claim. Complaint of hidden defects which were not found out routine checking after delivery can be recognized up to technical examination by seller or producer of component. The complaint must be filled in our form RMA, which must include description of defect. This form you can download on our website http://www.ecom.cz/RMA. If the complaint recognize as competent, ECOM s.r.o. will exchange the defect goods for new ones or make out a credit note for amount of defect goods.
ECOM s.r.o. does not warrant for indirect damages which are caused by defective goods.
4. Protection of personal data
Your personal data will be compiled by company ECOM s.r.o. exclusively for customer identification and order processing. This data will not give to third person without agreement of customer in any case.
